Our village - Our future

Thank you for visiting the Transition Tattenhall website – we’re so excited to have you here.

We’re a group who have come together with the aim to do as much as we can locally to address the different pressures facing us locally and globally as a result of climate change, fossil fuel depletion and community fragmentation.

We develop and run projects that have a positive impact around Tattenhall and address the consequences of climate change.

Our Projects

Leatherworking tools including a ruler, knives, punches, a stitching awl, a metal blade, and various wooden mallets, arranged on a cutting mat.

Free Pantry

Solar Project

About Transition

Here in Tattenhall we have a strong and vibrant community, but in order for us to have the greatest resilience in the coming decades, we need to take a more active approach.

Tattenhall Transition offers a vehicle to plan how, as a village community, we can be more confident that the quality of life and environment will be better and more sustainable for our children, grandchildren and future generations.
